Current demonstration status
The public prototype does not intentionally transmit or store assessment-form information. The form validates inside the visitor’s browser and clearly states that it is a demonstration.
Information a future live service may process
- Contact and company details supplied during an enquiry
- Site and service information needed to prepare an assessment or quotation
- Account, access and activity information for authorised platform users
- Service, maintenance and incident records where contractually authorised
Purpose limitation
Information should be used only for the stated business purpose, including responding to enquiries, providing contracted services, operating authorised accounts and meeting legal obligations.
Access and security
Production systems must use appropriate access control, audit records, secure hosting, retention rules and service-provider agreements. Shared hosting must not be used for sensitive operational records without an approved architecture.
Contact and approval gate
The real responsible-party details, information officer details, retention schedule and third-party service providers must be inserted and approved before this notice is published as final.
